All bookings are confirmed once an appointment has been scheduled with our team.
By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged £42.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or failure to attend (no-show) will be charged £72.
These charges cover time lost, travel, and administrative costs.
Service Limitations & Liability
Our mechanics will carry out work to the best of their ability and with due care and skill.
If issues arise as a result of previous repair work or poor workmanship by another provider, we cannot accept liability for any additional faults or complications.
In such cases, further work may be required, which will be quoted separately.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and in a safe location for our mechanic to carry out the service.
Failure to provide safe access may result in cancellation and applicable charges as above.
Payment
Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation or no-show charges must be settled before any future bookings can be made.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request.
